Ski Kids Ltd ( Ski Kids) is committed to protecting the privacy of all personal information obtained from your visits to this website. We believe that your personal information, including your purchase history, name , address and telephone numbers, belongs to you and appreciate that it's security is important to you.Any information you provide will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 http://www.data protection.gov.uk. By using this website you give your agreement to the data practices described in this policy.
This privacy policy has been developed to help you understand how and why Ski Kids collect information from you, how that information is used, to whom the information is disclosed and what your rights are.
You may browse the website without disclosing any personal information, however should you choose to make a purchase, then personal information such as name, address, contact telephone number and e-mail address will be requested. Should you choose to open an account, then you agree to Ski Kids holding your personal information to facilitate further visits and purchases. In addition you can opt-in to our mailing system, when the same details will be stored to enable Ski Kids to contact you with any information about new products, special offers, etc (please see “E-mail Alerts below").
Ski Kids use Paypal to process payment of your order. We do not see or record your credit/debit card numbers.

E-Mail Alerts - keeping in touch
Ski Kids would like to keep in touch with you in order that we can advise you of special offers, new products or improvements to our service. If you inform us that you no longer wish to use this service, we will remove your details from our records. Account holders
If you have opened an account with us and decide that you no longer require this service then you have the right to unsubscribe from this service. You may do so by requesting closure of your account via e-mail or in writing to the address below. We will then remove your personal information from our server. Should an account be inactive for a substantial period of time we retain the right to contact you to ascertain if you still wish continued use of this service.
