Terms and Conditions
This agreement sets out the terms and conditions of your use of the website belonging to Ski Kids Limited having it’s registered office at c/o Bell & Scott LLP, 9 George Square, Glasgow, G2 1DY ( Company No SC305323) ( Ski-Kids) located at www.ski-kids.com ( “the Website”) and the purchase of goods from the website.
Delivering the highest level of customer service is our aim and therefore we have formulated our Terms and Conditions , to provide information about how to purchase from the Website, in order that you can be confident when shopping with us. By shopping on line with Ski Kids you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein . We recommend that you read these thoroughly before making a purchase. Order confirmation
Following placement of your order, an e-mail will be sent to you to confirm receipt of your order, however this does not verify acceptance of the order at this time. If we are unable to supply the ordered goods, we will notify you as soon as possible (refer to availability below). Acceptance of the order and completion of the contract between you and Ski Kids will take place on dispatch to you of the goods ordered. This is unless for some reason we cannot accept your order and have notified you as such, or that you have informed us that you wish to cancel the order.

You should ensure that any information supplied by you is correct before proceeding to payment. Ski Kids Limited does not accept responsibility or offer refunds if you provide incorrect information.
Prices
We make every effort to ensure that prices illustrated on the Website are accurate , however errors may occur. If an error does occur , we will notify you as soon as possible and you may chose to continue with the order at the correct price or alternatively cancel the order. In the event of being unable to contact you to confirm your preferred action, we will treat the order as cancelled . We retain the right to change prices at any time, however prices are protected for orders already placed.
Price Promise
We strive to bring you the most competitively priced goods, however if you happen to find the same item for a lower price on the world wide web
( Internet) within 14 days from the placement of your order, then we promise to refund you the amount of the difference in both prices. To fulfil the Price Promise conditions, the item(s) must currently be in stock with the other provider and be of the same size, colour and specification. The comparison in prices must only be between the internet price of Ski Kids and the internet price of the other website (and not via Mail order , shop , other purchase type or club incentive scheme).
Availability
All orders for goods are subject to availability. Should an item(s) be out of stock we will endeavour to obtain the same item(s) from the supplier as soon as possible. We may at the same time offer an alternative similar item(s). You may;
a) chose to accept the alternative or similar item offered, in which case a full refund of the original price paid for the original item(s) will be given and we will ask for payment of the price of the accepted alternative item(s).
b) wait for the original item to become available in which case a full refund of the original price paid for the original item(s) will be given and we will ask for payment again when the item(s) becomes available.
c) cancel the order and receive a full refund of the price paid for the goods.
Should you choose to wait for the original item(s) to become available again , we will inform you of an anticipated availability timescale, however supply of goods is outwith our control and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to supply the item(s) within this timescale or at all.
Colours and descriptions
We take great care in ensuring that pictorial representations of goods are accurate, however due to the subjective and varying nature of computer hardware, the actual colour of some items may vary to that viewed by you.
We may use manufacturer’s product information and specifications to help you make an informed choice. These descriptions are correct at time of writing and we will inform you as soon as possible of any changes to product specifications.

Users of this site must do so within the limits of authorised usage as defined by Ski Kids . Use of this site for any purpose that is unlawful or that in any way could cause damage , disable or impair it’s operation or impair other user’s enjoyment of this site is strictly prohibited

This Agreement and the use of this Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of Scotland and each parties submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of Scottish Courts.
